We often have to arrive several hours in advance in order to get all of our jumps delivered by the scheduled party times.  If we arrive more than 2 hours before your sceduled start time, we will call to let you know.  There is no fee for extra time and your rental will still run until the scheduled end time.  We need someone over the age of 18 at the time of delivery to sign safety rules, contracts and make payment.

Please ensure that there is a clear path from the street all the way to your set up area.  Some of the larger jumps require a 4-5' path since they are so large.  If you have stairs or a tiered backyard please call the office to discuss setup options.

Please clear the set up area of any rocks, sharp objects and animal waste  We cannot set up on rock, sand or mulch.

If the weather conditions are not good, there is no fee to cancel as long as you call at least four hours prior to your start time. If you paid a deposit, the deposit amount will be refunded.  Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use.  As long as weather conditions are safe and the inflatable will be usuable the majority of the rental time, we will leave the decision up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another.  Another major safety concern is wind.  When winds go higher than approx. 20 MPH, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods.  If you are concerned, please call our office.  Note: All jumps must be staked or secured with sandbags.    Please call if you have questions.

Payment is due at the time of delivery. You can pay with Cash or Credit Card. When paying with cash we ask for exact change as our drivers do not carry change. 

 

 

 

Rules for Safe Operation of Inflatable

  • SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES BY AN ADULT WHO HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS CONTRACT AND ALL RULES POSTED DIRECTLY ON THE UNIT.
  • UNIT HAS BEEN ANCHORED BY JOLLY JUMPS EMPLOYEES.  ANCHORS MUST NOT BE MOVED OR REMOVED DURING USE. 
  • TURN OFF BLOWER(S) IMMEDIATELY IF WINDS OR GUSTS EXCEED 20 MPH.
  • IT IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS TO USE INFLATABLES IN THE RAIN.  ALL OCCUPANTS MUST EXIT THE UNIT IN THE EVENT OF RAIN AND MAY RETURN WHEN THE RAIN STOPS AND THE JUMPING SURFACE HAS BEEN WIPED DRY.
  • REMOVE SHOES, EYEGLASSES, AND JEWELRY BEFORE ENTERING INFLATABLE.
  • NO FLIPS, ROUGH PLAY OR CLIMBING ON WALLS, NETTING, COLUMNS OR ROOF OF UNIT.
  • NO SILLY STRING OR SIMILAR ITEMS SUCH AS FOOD, DRINKS, CONFETTI OR TRASH IN OR AROUND THE UNIT AT ANY TIME.  SILLY STRING AND LIKE OBJECTS WILL CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE AND LESSEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE OF THE RENTED UNIT OR MINIMUM CLEANING CHARGES OF $100 IF THE UNIT IS NOT PERMANANTLY DAMAGED.
  • NO WATER IN OR NEAR UNIT.  LESSEE WILL BE CHARGED AMOUNT EQUAL TO RENTAL FEE IF THE UNIT IS WET FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN RAIN.  (EXCLUDES ITEMS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED AS WATER SLIDES)
  • NO SAND ANYWEAR NEAR INFLATABLES.  ANY SAND THE AREA MUST BE COVERED FOR DURATION OF EVENT.
  • MIXING AGE GROUPS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  DO NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE AGE GROUPS TO USE UNIT AT THE SAME TIME.  SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH CAN RESULT. 
  • NEVER EXCEED CAPACITIES LISTED BELOW:
