Although my security system on my computer advises to not take your survey I want to let you know that although we were rained out and had to cancel our order we definitely will come back to Jollyjumps whenever we need bouncies.  Jay and Cindy were both fantastic, very helpful, very easy to work with and very very nice individuals.  I have already told my friends about the great service they provided and I highly recommend using your company with your party needs.

I just wanted to let you know how this Saturday went...
I know I was probably a pain calling you trying to get pictures of the racing car inflatable, and not even getting that one in the end.  I couldn't have chosen a better one!  Like you mentioned....Which ever one I picked the kids were all going to love it!  I'm not too sure if the kids had more fun playing or the adults had more fun watching!!!!  I know my dad had a blast taking TONS of pictures! 
 
Your equipment (for lack of better words) is impeccable!  It is in such wonderful condition!  I know you have excellent photos online, however, sometimes what  you see online is NOT what you get....I was afraid that is what would happen to me....NOT THE CASE HERE!!!!!!  We were soooo incredible PLEASED!   I had a few neighbors stop by and ask where we found you all.  My crazy sister-in-law (who was there) wants to do this in the summer for her kids ( I think she got a business card from your husband at pick-up)...it was just a very well put together, very well planned,  very CLEAN, very impressive thing you have going and I wanted to let you know that!  If someone doesn't tell you what you're doing right, you'll never know! 
The set up and pick up was a breeze!  I assume it was your husband!  It was great for me, cause I was rushing around like a chicken with my head chopped off like most moms are doing and still trying to keep this ginormous thing a secret from my 4 year old son at the same time.  So, while I was rushing around, your men were putting this up and didn't need me until the end for all but 2 minutes...it was wonderful and I can promise you we WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN!  I would love to have some business cards of yours if you have those! 
You guys are great!  Keep up the good work! 
I wanted to let you all know how well of a job you're doing, we were just so pleased!  It totally made my son's (& daughters) day and that means the world to me as a mom!
